Lodemark Mineral Estate Advisors is a trade name of GEO D DALY JR & ASSOCIATES INC. (“Lodemark,” “we,” “us”), which operates lodemarkadvisors.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Information our clients share with us in the course of an engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement, not by this policy.

The firm has also done business as George D Daly Jr and Associates Inc (GDDA).

Information you give us

Contact form. When you use the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and whatever you write in the message field. The form is processed by Formspree, Inc., which receives your submission and forwards it to us by email. When you submit, your browser may briefly display a Formspree page, and Formspree’s privacy policy governs that page.

Email and phone. When you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send or tell us, including your contact details.

Job applications. If you email [email protected], we receive your résumé and anything else you include.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, bank account details, or copies of ownership documents through the contact form. If an engagement requires that information, we will arrange a secure way to receive it.

Information collected automatically

Like every website, our hosting provider automatically receives basic technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of the request. This information is used to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. We do not use it to identify you or build a profile of you.

We also use two services from Google LLC. Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use this website. Google Ads shows our advertisements and tells us whether they led to a visit or an inquiry. Both use cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the website, ad or service that referred you (for example, a search engine or an AI assistant), your device and browser type, and your general location, which Google estimates from your IP address. We look at this information in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you by name.

Our fonts and site scripts are served from our own site. Apart from Google’s analytics and advertising tags, this website does not use advertising tags, tracking pixels, or other third-party scripts.

Advertising

We advertise online through Google Ads. We use Google’s remarketing and conversion-measurement features, including the Google Analytics Advertising Features for remarketing and Google Ads reporting. This means:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the internet.
• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show you our ads based on your past visits to this website.
• We and Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies) together to decide which ads to show and to measure how our ads perform, for example whether an ad led someone to contact us.

You can opt out of Google’s use of cookies for personalized advertising at Google’s Ads Settings, or opt out of many third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page. You can stop Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Opting out of personalized ads does not stop you from seeing ads; it means the ads you see are not based on your visits here.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. This website uses cookies set by Google for analytics and advertising:

• Google Analytics: _ga, which distinguishes one visitor from another, and _ga_ followed by an ID, which keeps track of your current visit. Both expire after two years.
• Google Ads: cookies beginning _gcl_ (such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw), which record whether a visit came from one of our ads and whether it led to an inquiry. They expire after 90 days.

Google may also set its own cookies on Google domains, such as IDE on doubleclick.net, to show and measure ads across websites. Google’s policies govern those cookies. The site sets no other cookies.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• respond to your inquiry;
• evaluate and, where you choose, begin a working relationship with you;
• consider your application, if you applied for a position;
• keep our website and systems secure; and
• meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your information for marketing unrelated to your request.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use Google’s advertising services, which use information about your visits to this website to show you our ads on other websites. Under some state privacy laws, that may be considered “sharing” personal information or “targeted advertising.” See Advertising above for how to opt out, or contact us.

We share information only with:

• Service providers that operate this site on our behalf, specifically our website host (Cloudflare), our form-processing provider (Formspree), our analytics and advertising provider (Google), and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their services to us, except that Google’s own use of analytics and advertising data is described in the Google page linked above.
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
• A successor organization, if Lodemark is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not share the information you type into our contact form with Google.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for two years after our last contact, then delete them from our email and our form provider. If you become a client, your information is kept under your engagement agreement. Job applications are kept for one year after we receive them. Website analytics data that is tied to a visitor’s cookie is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically. Summary reports that do not identify individual visitors may be kept longer. Google Ads cookies set on this site expire after 90 days; Google keeps advertising data under its own policies.

Your choices

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] or call 918.496.8585. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights, and we will honor them where they apply.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. This website does not currently respond differently to that signal. Google Analytics and Google Ads collect information about your activity on this website over time, and Google may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites, including to show you our ads. You can limit this with the opt-outs and cookie settings described under Advertising above.

Children

This website is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our Resources page links to government agencies, regulators, and other outside sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Where we operate

Lodemark is based in the United States, and this website is intended for visitors in the United States. Information you submit is processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
